Vivaldi Ski + Eobi Ice Valley

had a great time today! ruby is awesome and we enjoyed the tour a lot! vivaldi had a lot to offer ~ skiing and sledding. today we did sledding amd it was really fun. we can go again some time to try out skiing. :) 감사합니다, 윤주씨~

Patrick is our tour guide & our ski instructor..he was very helpful and very committed with his job..he was really great teaching us about skiing.. we’ve a great experience..

Vivaldi park was so nice with many activities. i only hoped that we stayed there longer as what was shown on the itinerary, because lines for the activities took long. our tour guide told us that we stay there only for 3 hrs and 40 min including the lunch break (instead of 5 hrs and 40 min as mentioned in the itinerary here in klook).we left the vivaldi park at 1 pm instead of 3 pm (our tour guide said that its because we did not purchase the skiing) and went to eobi ice fountain and took around 30 min. i hope that next time the itinerary here in klook mentioned that difference. we felt a bit rushed. 🥲😪 though our guide was quite nice.

Our tour guide, Ki, was excellent and gave very clear instructions, especially during the ski lesson. Even though it was my first time skiing, his guidance really helped me enjoy the activity. Ki was also very understanding when I got lost on the way to the meeting point he calmly guided me and ensured I reached there safely. Overall, I am very satisfied with his service and truly appreciate his professionalism, patience, and support throughout the tour.

Our guide did his best to communicate in English despite the barrier. He also took care of getting tickets and returning rental items. Only wished Eobi Valley was first because we arrived already in the evening.

We had a great time! It was a very nice experience. The tour was on time, Eric was very nice, he tried his very best to explain the places. He was very helpful. I really recommend this tour!

Tour was very nice, time was just enogh for us to enjoy snowy world and see the ice village. Dave was a super gracious guide, very pleasant to all his guest :)

Ki is definitely a wonderful guide. He is incredibly helpful and highly responsive to all our needs
