It was a fun experience!! I did it on the day of my birthday. I loved how everything was explained even the history of the coffee and how Vietnam came up with these type of coffees. If you are someone into coffee, this is something you will enjoy doing. Thank you! ♥️🤗
The whole experience was excellent and delicious. Our host Ya was a great communicator. can’t wait to go home and try out recipes provided. thank you Ya.
Ya is a great instructor and sensitive to religious needs. Started with a history of coffee and guided us through the coffee making process thoroughly. I enjoyed the workshop alot. She is aware as a Muslim I dont take alcohol and kindly removed it from one of the coffee we made. I really appreciated her respectful gesture. this is a must try for everyone if you’re looking for a wet weather activity. noticed that all the ingrediants used are also halal. loved it! never buying store bought coffee anymore.
The class was really good and informative. The coffee taste good. Our instructor Ya is really friendly and knowledgeable. I wish there were signs outside that points out to the location as it is hard to find. I wish they improve the facility as it is small, old and a little dirty.
The location was quite interesting, I think it was just a normal apartment which they used for the class. However both instructors were super nice and explained everything perfectly to us, they were also pretty funny. So if it’s another cloudy day in Sapa or even if not, then I would definitely recommend this class. Just don’t drink any coffee before you come here, otherwise you will have a caffeine overload.
Ya was warm, friendly and gave us very clear instructions on how to make the coffees and also a history of vietnamese coffee. The space and items used were very clean. They also sent us the recipes after. Great experience and I would highly recommend to do the 6 coffee package instead of the 4 to get the full experience!
I love the workshop 💙 Ya was very accommodating and nice! I learned a lot from her, and I enjoyed every bit of it.
Great indoor activities in case of low visibility due to fog or tired from walking. A quick preview and introduction of Vietnamese coffee. My instructor was Ms. Ya, friendly, polite and bubbly.
I had such a fun and memorable experience at this coffee making workshop. It was very hands-on, and I learned so much, not just about how to make different types of coffee, but also about its history and cultural significance. Dinh, who led the session, shared so many interesting stories that made the whole experience even more meaningful. I ended up being the only participant in the class, which made it even more special and insightful. It felt like a personalized session where I could really ask questions and fully immerse myself in the process. We made a variety of drinks including black coffee, milk coffee, egg coffee, coconut coffee, salt coffee, and white coffee—and all of them turned out delicious. Even though I wasn’t a huge coffee fan before, this experience genuinely made me appreciate it so much more. Highly recommend this to anyone looking for a unique and interactive activity!
I came to Sapa looking to experience a piece of Sapa that I thought was unique, engaging, and immersive. What better than learning about how many of the favorite coffee styles throughout the country are made. How they connect to the cultures of the different regions, and how their respective popularity spread through time and made it to your table. Dinh is a gem, and she made the workshop fun, engaging, and her aptitude to service made the experience one I’ll remember fondly. Dinh shared her knowledge and her kindness with us, and I can’t recommend a better hostess. You’ll leave this workshop with the skill to confidently make these styles of coffee at home. What a great time. If you’re looking for something to do, I can’t recommend this enough.
