Divana Perfume Workshop Dusit Central Park Bangkokissa

We had a fantastic time making our own customised perfume today. it was fun as we get to explore the scents that appeal to us and making our own blend. The staff were all friendly, patient and approachable. Special thanks to Ms Nong who was so patient with me when I was having a hard time deciding on the scent as there were so many to choose from. She is very kind, patient and knowledgeable. She is very amazing and awesome. Very impressed with her service. Will visit the shop again.

以前からdivanaの香りが好きでしたので、口コミ等ありませんでしたが、参加することにしました。まだ始まったばかりのワークショップのようでスムーズな流れとはいえませんでしたが、対応していただいた方が色々と私の好みに合うようたくさんの香りのサンプルを提示していただき、フランジバニがメインの良い香りのボディオイルを作成できました。エッセンシャルオイルもたくさんのサンプルがありますので、誰かと被ることなく自分好みが出来るのでないかと思います。新しくできたデュシタニセントラルパーク内で周りが賑やかでしたが、香りを作る過程で集中してきたので、気にはなりませんでした。英語もタイ語も出来ない私ですが、翻訳を使いながら、とても丁寧な対応していただきました。ありがとうございました。また、参加しようと思います！香りに関して興味ある方は、参加される事をオススメします。

That’s wonderful! my son was able to create his own favorite perfume. The shop is located in an area with souvenir stores and restaurants, so it’s a bit hard to find!

I went to the shop at 1050H for the 1100H appointment and the staff was surprised I was there. She wasn’t expecting me and she was totally unprepared. She likewise had difficulty understanding and speaking English so the interaction wasn’t fruitful at all. It lasted only 20 minutes because it wasn’t getting anywhere. it wasn’t the staff’s fault that the shop did not deploy an English-speaking staff as promised. It was a very disappointing experience. This apparently not the first time it happened (read the reviews). If I were you I’d think twice about booking this.

I was really looking forward to the Divana perfume workshop, but unfortunately the experience was very disappointing and completely ruined our day. When we arrived, the staff seemed confused and unaware that there was a perfume workshop scheduled. There was clearly no internal communication that a workshop was happening at that time. Instead, the staff misunderstood and thought we had booked an afternoon tea set. I had to repeatedly explain and show the voucher to confirm that we had purchased. This was uncomfortable and stressful, especially since this should have been clear in their system from the beginning. The voucher also mentioned that the workshop could be conducted in English. In reality, this was not fully possible. I understand that language limitations can happen. Overall, the poor coordination and lack of readiness completely spoiled what was supposed to be a relaxing and special experience. I expected better organization and professionalism from a brand like Divana.
