Kohtuullinen 1.0

We booked a half-day private golf cart tour, including hotel pickup. <24hrs before the tour, the vendor emailed to say that the booking details on Klook were incorrect. After seeking clarification, we were told that: * The Klook listing was outdated despite the vendor having repeatedly asked Klook to update it. * Hotel pickup was not included, because golf carts are not permitted in Florence’s UNESCO-listed city centre. * The tour duration was only 1.5 hours, not the half-day stated in the listing. The vendor was apologetic and offered us the option to cancel for a full refund. However, as we were less than 24 hours away from the activity, we decided to proceed rather than disrupt our plans. We walked 30 minutes in 40°C to reach the meeting point. Once the tour began, we realised that it focused on areas outside the historic city centre. To be fair, our guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the experience enjoyable. However, the listing should be updated for accuracy.
