Had a really great experience at the DIY studio! Staff were really patient and friendly, they also provided many practical suggestions & advices regarding our ring design and ring size (when we had difficulties deciding - since it was our first time) Aside from the silver ring as the final takeaway, the store also gave us a letter with envelope card (very meaningful) to write to our future self/partner! also got a complimentary polaroid for keepsake! Highly recommended place!

staff were attentive and very patient. they handled the more complex tasks. the activities expected of customers to carry out were simple to perform without any experience required
Very helpful and friendly staff who guided us through every step of the way and provided more hands on than expected. You can choose the design you want, and they will guide you accordingly.
