This was our very first family photo with our son, and we are so glad we chose Wanderpix. We couldn’t have been happier! From the start, Misaki reached out to learn what kind of photos we wanted and introduced us to our photographer, Misa. Since it was September and very hot, traveling around with a toddler and stroller would have been difficult, so we requested to be near our hotel in Ueno instead of the more popular areas. They were able to offer suggestions to beautiful spots/areas. On the day of the shoot, we met both Misaki and Misa. They were warm, professional, and so thoughtful—my son adored them! Not only did they capture stunning photos, but it also felt like a personal tour as they shared information about the area. They truly went above and beyond to make the experience fun, comfortable, and memorable. If we ever return to Tokyo, we would definitely choose Wanderpix again!

Masazumi and Masaki were great! They had excellent communication before, during and after the photo shoot. our session was for 30 minutes and they managed to take over 100 great photos. They were very patient and made sure to take us to all the great locations we wanted to. would absolutely recommend them.

We had the most amazing experience with Wanderpix! From start to finish, the team was the most friendly, professional and lovely photographers/people that we have ever worked with (we take family photos annually). Misaki contacted us right away to get an idea of what we wanted for the photo shoot. Not knowing the area too well, after much thought, our photographer, Masazumi, suggested a beautiful shrine, that had all the stunning elements that I hoped to capture. We chatted about our plans for our trip and japan in general! We were in constant communication until the day of our photoshoot. Once we met, the location was absolutely perfect and breathtaking! Masazumi suggested shots and also welcomed any suggestions for any must have photos that I wanted. We had such a fun time and the pictures came out beyond amazing! I cannot recommend this company and team enough!! I feel like we have made new friends in japan and cannot wait to visit again and have them take our photos again!

Unforgettable experience from start to finish with Masahiro and Masazumi! The support was great! our photographer and his assistant we absolutely amazing! they were paired with our son and constantly did tricks to get great expressions out of him. we went to two awesome locations in Tokyo based on our preferences. he showed us around, gave us some history, and took. beautiful photos. I would hire him again in a heartbeat! so friendly, helpful, and relaxful.
