Our hot air balloon ride was absolutely exhilarating! They pick you up before sunrise, and in the winter it’s a little later which honestly worked out perfectly 😂. The balloon pilots were fantastic: super experienced, friendly, and reassuring. As someone who was having second thoughts (scaredy cat here 🙋‍♀️), I felt completely safe and well-informed the entire time. They made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. The landing was so smooth,hardly noticed it! We did a selfie with them,they were so cool! There’s an option to purchase an Insta360 video for $30, but we decided to skip it. Even without it, the views were incredible floating over the valley was magical and unlike anything I’ve ever seen. Overall, 10/10 would recommend. A definite must do! 🎈

Amazing experience with Kapadokya Balloons! The flight itself was incredible, and our captain Tolga and his ground team were professional and made the whole experience memorable. The only area for improvement would be more proactive communication on the pick-up time — I had to follow up myself, which caused a bit of worry before the flight. The package also included horse riding with Avanos Horse Ranch, guided by Muhammad. He was friendly, ensured our safety throughout the ride, and even took beautiful photos for us. Both activities made the trip very special — highly recommended! Overall, highly recommend for a once-in-a-lifetime experience in Cappadocia!

Oh my God! just wow. I’m absolutely speechless. The experience was breath taking. The tour team was fabulous. our tour initially got cancelled due to windy conditions but the team at Rainbow made some adjustments and fit us into another booking with another group. it was slightly a little bit more expensive but they made sure we got a reasonable discount and got us in the ballon. we appreciate that very much guys. Thank you. We were incredibly grateful for this as we travelled a long way to experience it. Safety is paramount with Rainbow. The flight was safe and very satisfying. No regrets. Value for money. 気球+乗馬ツアーに参加し、どちらもとても素晴らしいツアーでした。たくさんの気球、素敵な景色に感動しました。私はギョレメの洞窟ホテルに宿泊しており、ピックアップタイムは4:35でした。(同じバンの中では1番遅いピックアップ)気球ツアーが終わると一度ホテルに送っていただき、乗馬のピックアップ時間のお知らせが来ます。1時間の乗馬体験でしたが、小さな山を登ります。乗馬中はヘルメットを被りますが、下山する時は落ちないか少し怖かったです。長ズボンを推奨します。(長袖も推奨ですが、半袖でもかなり暑かったです)乗馬体験が無料とは思えないほど充実しとても楽しかったです。気球・乗馬ともにピックアップタイムはWhatsAPPのチャットで連絡が来ました。事前にWhatsAPPのアプリをインストールしておくことをお勧めします。

雖然旅行社的whatsapp很難聯繫上（回訊息很慢），但配合的當地負責人都很盡責且服務態度超級良好。熱氣球雖然第二天才成功，但整體來說體驗相當良好且非常特別。另外本次包含的騎馬活動，令人驚艷且當馬兒不穩定時，帶隊的人相當盡責解決一且且令人安心。在此我想特別感謝騎馬的隊長Muhittin，他不僅拍照技術良好，也令人安心的帶我們走完全程，雖然whatsapp回訊息很慢但整體來說還是值得五顆星。

It was such a surreal experience. They are right to say it actually looks like how it does in pictures. The pilot and staff were very professional. Pickup was on time, and everything was great. it’s a must do activity.

예약 한번으로 벌룬투어와 승마체험을 둘다 누릴 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 숙소 앞까지 픽업 드롭 둘다 해주셔서 이른 아침의 일정이지만 정말 편했습니다. 하늘에 떠있는 열기구들과 보는 일출은 잊지 못할겁니다. 그리고 승마체험과 사진촬영을 도와준 모하마드 덕분에 특별한 추억을 남길 수 있어서 정말 좋았습니다! 승마체험할때 꼭 모하마드와 함께하세요. 인생샷 건질 수 있습니다😎

Amazing hot air balloon flight. Everything went so smoothly. The view from up there was fantastic and breathtaking. Also proposed to my girlfriend while up in the air so the experience was memorable and wonderful.
