I didn’t get what I paid for. I booked this tour as I only wanted to visit Budapest having already visited Bratislava a few days ago. the itinerary also states 4 hr in Budapest. when we joined to tour in the morning, the guide said the tour is combined with Bratislava so 2.5h in Budapest and 1-2hr in Bratislava. we felt the time in Budapest was too short. the guide Matus was v friendly and polite though.

頼んだツアーのコースとは違ってました。ブダペストのみのコースのはずでしたがスロバキアもまわるコースになっていました。それはそれで2カ国まわれたので良いかなと思いますが、ブダペストだけにしたのは理由があったのでちょっと残念です。送迎はホテル前まできてくれるので楽で良いです。ガイドさんも親切で一生懸命説明してくれました。わかりやすい英語でよかったです

It’s really a good city tour. I had a fantastic Budapest day tour yesterday! Our guide was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The explanations about the city’s history and culture were clear and very interesting, which made the whole experience much more meaningful. The itinerary was well organized, and everything went smoothly. I really appreciated the guide’s passion and effort in taking care of everyone in the group. It was a very long day and I am very happy with our tour guide Samuel travelling to Budapest and Slovakia as well . I didn’t know I’m going to 2 countries, he make us safe very knowledgeable and he know his stuff I will recommend him as best tour guide I had . I hope I get him again on my next adventure. pls give him a raise he deserve it . this Is grace from sydney .

Driver is very knowledgeable and great. Helpful and also patient with my elderly mother.

This tour was for both Bratislava (Slovakia) and Budapest (Hungary), and concluded at the pick-up point at about 10pm.
