Harmony Luxury Cruise: Ha Long Bay, Sung Sot & Ti Top

Koska varasin myöhään, Taobaosta katsottuna 19. päivän risteily maksoi noin 380. Huolellisen etsinnän jälkeen löysin vihdoin tämän liikkeen. Aluksi pelkäsin, että edullinen hinta voisi tarkoittaa ongelmia, mutta myöhemmin osoittautui, että huoleni olivat täysin turhia. Jahti oli nimeltään Harmony, viiden tähden, kolmikerroksinen ja varustelu oli erittäin uusi. Matka alkoi Tuanzhoun laiturilta ja sujui suunnitelmien mukaan virheettömästi. Opas oli erittäin ammattitaitoinen, ja jokaisessa kohteessa oli riittävästi aikaa. Tapasin laivalla myös ulkomaalaisen ystävän, jonka kanssa juttelimme koko matkan. Kaiken kaikkiaan tämä oli aivan upea kokemus. Voin suositella sitä lämpimästi.

Meille ilmoitettiin edellisenä iltapäivänä laivan vaihdosta, mutta matkaohjelma pysyi samana. Kaiken kaikkiaan oikein hyvä matka.

Vau! Koko päivän kestänyt retki, opas selitti asiat selkeästi ja oli erittäin hauska. Aikataulun hallinta oli erinomaista, ja jokaisessa kohteessa oli riittävästi aikaa tutustua. Ainoastaan ruokailupuoli kaipaisi parannusta; paluumatkan välipalajuhlissa oli vain hedelmiä ja keksejä, ja tunnelma oli myös melko tavanomainen, hieman puutteellinen.

Buffet dishes can be improved a lot. Most of the dishes are too bland. Half of the dishes are never refilled and some people seemed to have prior experience and took a lot at the start before others can even enjoy. It seems like first come first serve. If you are late, food is gone, especially seafood. Tour guide would be better if he rechecks whether everyone is following him and not get lost. Apart from those, it is a great experience.

Vierailimme äskettäin Ha Long Baylla ja kokemuksemme oli ristiriitainen. Miehistö, erityisesti herra Addy ja opas Eddy, olivat huomaavaisia. Hytti oli puhdas ja ruoka oli erinomaista. 🚤 Valitettavasti Luon Cave -vierailumme pilasi äänekäs ja epäkunnioittava käytös kiinalaiselta matkailijaryhmältä. Heidän oppaansa keinutti venettä vaarallisesti. Esitimme huolemme, mutta henkilökunta vastasi vähättelevästi 🤷‍♀️. 🏝️ Sung Sot Cave oli kaunis ja hyvin järjestetty. 🚫 Ti Top Beach oli ylikuormitettu, savuinen ja meluisa – ei lainkaan nautinnollinen. 🚌 Paluumatkalla meille kerrottiin yllättäen, että meidän piti vaihtaa bussia ilman ennakkovaroitusta. Tavarani olivat edelleen alkuperäisessä bussissa, ja uusi bussi jätti meidät kadulle kauas hotellistamme. Ennakkovaroitus olisi auttanut, jopa liikenneongelmien kanssa. ✅ Kaiken kaikkiaan näkymät ja henkilökunta olivat upeita, mutta huono väkijoukon hallinta ja viestintä vaikuttivat kokemukseen.

Our tour guide Y, and our waitress, Chloe, were exceptional! They provided wonderful service. Our first booking was rescheduled to a different boat but the service was amazing. We got put on the amethyst cruise, a free upgrade. The ship is two months old and it’s beautiful inside! The buffet was super good as they had oysters, prawns, seafood soup, lots of fresh fruits. The bamboo boat activity was amazing and we even saw monkeys! Ti Top island is kind of a tourist trap but if it’s not busy, hike to the top.

This tour was worth every cent- our guide Rosie was kind and funny and a great communicator. She took such good care of us at all the stops, making sure we were happy and safe. The crew were so accomodating for my dietary requirements (vegan) and made sure all passengers were happy. The views are absolutely stunning as well, and the activities were so much fun. Trekking through Sung Sot Cave was a highlight, as was taking a bamboo boat through some of the alcoves of the bay. Highly recommend this tour.
