The whole process of booking, redeeming, and experience was easy, smooth, and wonderful. Massage was delivered according to your level of strength, as requested. You can request them for specific focus on certain body parts, as you wish. The only thing lacking is the temperature that couldnt be adjust, as the whole place relies on centralised air conditioning. The only thing that the masseuse can do is to give you an extra blanket, which was bearable for me.

initially when booking, I did not know I had to request for a joint room, so if you book a couples massage don't assume it's going to be in the same room.. the reception was very accommodating and gave us a nice couple room for our massage. massage wise is good, the welcome drink and post massage drink is good! the price onsite was rm270.. so there was really no klook discount.. infact I paid more with my klook 😢
