Ilmapallolento Avon Valleyssa (sis. kuljetuksen Perthistä ja aamiaisen)

This trip is probably one of the best I’ve had in my lifetime. The 3AM pickup at Burswood was organised and efficient, the team was strict with safety, and expectations were communicated clearly. The “fun” part was helping with the unfurling of the balloon, and the eventual wrapping up of the balloon after the flight landed. The pilot was very experienced, knowing how to rotate the balloon (it cannot be directed, only flowing with the wind), how to rise and fall at opportune times to ensure everyone gets the best view of the sunrise and the beautiful, expansive valley. There are about 20 people (excluding the pilot) on board each balloon; it is very stable, there is no crosswind, I’ve only ever felt a light breeze up there. For those who are worried about height, fret not. Unless you look down, you won’t even notice it. I could even take photos and selfies up there without holding onto the basket. Oh, but the morning pickup is quite chilly in August, do remember to dress in layers!

Absolute must go for Perth. Gorgeous views and unbelievable once in a lifetime experience. We opted for the transfer service which made it absolutely fuss free. A small buffet breakfast at the Dome restaurant after the flight ensured we returned with a happy stomach and a super full heart. Dan the pilot and Thor were absolute gems and made this experience totally worth it.

Excellent experience! Prompt response to questions via text message. Pete was a wonderful pilot. Explain all equipements available in flight with simple instructions given prior to boarding.🥰

Great experience, it was really worth it. We took on the package with transport from Perth & breakfast. We had to be up really early but thankfully we stayed nearby, just 7 mins drive. The drive itself was about 1.5hr. It was really cold! The process of setting up to balloon deflation took quite some time. BUT THE VIEW WAS 💯

We are very happy to join Nick and his crew on this ballooning journey. the view of Avon Valley from up above was amazing and we get to see the sunrise just when we started floating up in the air. One of the best thing to do in Perth!
