Sherif was amazing! such great English and tour guide, accommodated all our requests. very friendly and respectful definitely recommend. if going on cruise take a jacket and some ear plugs haha! thanks Sherif you were amazing

There are positives about this package and negatives that outweigh the experience, specifically because the buffet dinner is what drives the price and experiences for these sort of dinner cruises. The food was subpar, and the dessert was disappointing. Furthermore , the beverage prices are insane. The Pharoah Dinner Cruise is by far the best dinner cruise, compared to this one. 5-star is nonexistent on the Nile Crystal Dinner Cruise. On the positive side, the entertainment was nice. The driver was really friendly, informative and a good vibe.

Albeit a lovely cruise and boat with some incredible entertainment whilst on the iconic Nile River, I was a little disappointed with the food. Coming to Egypt and from what I could gauge in some of the photo's, we thought there would be traditional Egyptian food. To our surprise, it was more Western. In addition, it was unclear by the staff on how the food worked as I walked up to get a plate, ate at my own pace, but by the time I went back for seconds I was told "We're finished" which was disappointing as I probably should have approached the strategy of the couple in front of me who went back multiple (literally 6 times) to pile on food and bring to their table so they wouldn't miss out by having to come back. We really enjoyed the views, the entertainment and the actual cruise but was lacking in the food (I could eat Western food back anywhere, we travelled for traditional hone grown food). Feedback for Nile Crystal - have an up and downstairs for traditional vs Western food options.
