We were welcomed by Mr Sia at hotel lobby and he patiently waited for us as we were late for 15mins. His car is equipped with snacks, drinks and fruits. Comfortable journey to Mutianyu. Mr Sia guided us to the Mutianyu entrance and recommended eateries. He is a caring and friendly person. He also bought us 2 fridge magnets for my kids as souvenirs for the visit to Great Wall of China. Klook is a reliable platform to book the activities and responsible driver. Highly recommended.

We got the all required communication for the pick up. Mr Xia Qingguo reached to us on previous day. He is truly a gentleman. Supported us from start of tour for Iternary, lunch spots, engaging with my 5yr old son, helping us in buying tickets. We wanted to do Hanfu photoshoot, Mr Xia Qingguo extended support to find costume rental shop while we were doing our lunch. He also volunteered to pay deposit for costume rentals. In evening, he dropped us at dinner restaurant and later went himself to return the costume. We really appreciate for the help and support. He truly deserves 10 stars.

Totally worth it, would recommend! Our guide was Summer and the process was so smooth. Picked us up at 630am as we requested. Provided banana, drinks and snacks. Bought tickets for us. Even gave us bit of a overview for the greatwall and summer palace. Very accomdating! Thank you!

He contacted me ahead of the day of service to confirm all details and arrived exactly on time ⏰ He came well prepared with a translator device, a spotless and comfortable car 🚗 stocked with water and snacks 🧃🍪 He was extremely polite, considerate, and even well liked by others we met along the way 😊 As we drove past different landmarks, he played clear English explanations 🎧 which made the journey both educational and fun 🌏 What touched me most was how mindful he was of a medical condition I have ❤️ He genuinely took care of me like family would 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 I was very impressed by his professionalism, kindness, and dedication 🙏 I have absolutely no hesitation in highly recommending Mr. Gao’s services to anyone visiting Beijing 🌟

We had an amazing day with Zhao. He was a very kind and safe driver. My kids (ages 2 and 9) loved him. He speaks English and also has a translator. He was very patient with us and accommodated all of our requests. He assisted us in getting tickets for the Great Wall and the Summer Palace. He also recommended an acrobatic show for first-time visitors in Beijing, and we are so glad we watched it. The acrobatic show was one of a kind — we absolutely loved it, especially the kids. My 2-year-old watched the entire show without looking away! We also requested to visit an authentic Chinese restaurant, and he brought us to a great one. Everything was wonderful. Our guide Zhao Jinfu was incredible! He made our day extra special with his fun personality, snacks and thoughtfulness. We loved touring the Forbidden city and the great wall. highly recommend!

Dong Xue Fei is a very thoughtful and nice guide. He helped to arrange the trip well and makes the journey very pleasant. His car is clean and spacious. In addition, his driving is also smooth and make the car ride very comfortable. Highly recommended for his service and tour.
