Great experience pampering myself and the place was really beautiful.

120mins are divided into 60mins spa, 30mins scrub n 30mins bath. ot was a decent experience but not one of the best. place is neat and clean and part of a 5star

지금까지 받아본 마사지 중에 제일 좋았습니다. ayu darma 테라피스트가 해 주었는데 너무 좋았어요. 리조트에 같이 있는 스파였는데 다음에 발리에 오면 이 리조트에 묵으면서 ayu 테라피스트한데 매일 마서지를 받고 싶다고 생각할 정도였습니다. 강추합니다!

베드가 2개인데 3인 예약을 받아서 1인은 90분을 기다렸다가 받아야 했다.. 3인 이상인 경우 같은 시간에 안된다는 공지가 없이 무조건 예약을 받은 거는 잘못된 것이다.. 시정하기 바란다..

I had a terrible experience because I booked for 8 AM on the application but thenthey messaged and told me they can't accommodate the request and to reschedule it and they asked me to cancel it and I couldn't because the app was not allowing me. then I had to get in touch with the klook customer service. I had to do all of this during my trip because the spa people couldn't be bothered to update their own time on the app.completely disappointed
