Loistava kokemus. Mary teki sisäänpääsystä erittäin miellyttävän. Liput messuun ovat ilmaisia, mutta ne on noudettava tiistai-iltapäivänä ja niitä voi olla vaikea saada. Lensimme Roomaan myöhään tiistai-iltana, joten oli hienoa, ettei siitä tarvinnut huolehtia.

It was good, we were able to take up a seat near the middle aisle where the Pope exited. I was just a little bit disappointed because the meet up is quite early and I thought that when everyone arrived we’ll immediately go to queue up, but we waited for a little bit before we went to the line which was quite long by the time we arrived. Once inside I discovered that there’s no need to hire a tour guide to enter and can do it individually, if I’ve known it in advance I would’ve choosen that option since I’ll be able to queue up/enter way earlier and will be able to choose a seat where we’ll have a high chance of meeting the Pope. I appreciate the efforts of the tour guide though and she only left once everyone in the group has settled down.

The guide was great. I made the whole process so easy. It was so educational while we waited in line to enter.

From the get-go, you knew it was disorganized. Our party of four were the first ones to arrive at the meeting spot at 630am yet when the organizers started to check off people, it became a free for all. Those who got there last were the first ones in the queue. Supposed to leave at 7am, they kept waiting for latecomers. When the group got to the basilica entrance, the line was painfully long already. This should have been marketed merely as a ticket pickup service. That was all there was to what they did. Basilica entrance tickets are free, you just need to pick them up. The price you pay does not provide any value-added experience. Sad to say. Keep your money or look for another service provider.
