集合地點不容易理解，在聖馬可大教堂的東邊，走路約5分鐘。要照地圖上面標的位置去找Campo San Zaccaria，那裏有個小廣場，去旁邊一家Tour shop報到(如照片)。 導遊講解威尼斯和教堂的特色，還算詳細。票價包含到教堂上層和陽台，想省時間可以買。

先至指定地會有一個報到櫃檯確認後，分發導覽耳機以及告知導覽的號碼。這次可惜的是導覽的腔調較重，沒有事前做功課會稍微吃力。

well organized and very happy to have nice touring guide

The tour guide was not illustrated the history details of the cathedral. So no different I buy the ticket in the official ticket box.

This tour was disappointing and not worth the price. The guide was late, seemed disorganized, and gave very little useful context throughout the visit. On the way to the church, she barely said anything beyond pointing out the Bridge of Sighs. When we arrived, she made an unwelcoming comment that anyone whose language was not English could explore on their own, since the tour was in English. That felt unnecessarily dismissive, especially since people had signed up for an English-language tour in a city that attracts an international crowd. Her own English was also difficult to follow at times. The logistics were equally frustrating. She seemed unsure about visitors’ passes and even told some people to leave just as we were about to enter the museum. Later, while another guide was explaining the dome to their group, she again got sidetracked by confusion over tickets and skipped the explanation altogether. The whole tour ended shortly after the balcony stop. Not recommended.

Gondola ride was ok, it was a bit messy at the meeting point as there were a few tours that met at the same location. Be prepared to wait till exactly the starting time stated! Would be good to have known what the tour company was called and also provide a point of contact after booking was completed. The tour to St Mark's Basilica was conducted by a very knowledgeable guide. It was worth the money to see how the beautiful interior and actually learn about it's history.

The tour guide was very informative and gave a clear explaination on each detail of the church. Learnt a great deal of the Basilica which we wont be able to get if we were to go alone. Best of all, no queuing required
