The service is run by China Memory Trip 小飞象国际旅行社, and it is a 9 hour service whereby you can choose between 7am-7pm. Make sure you download the WeChat app as mostly the communication will be done via this app and all the information will be given a day prior to the trip. It is recommended to do the Xiamen Botanical Garden by entering through South Gate (up using escalator) and exit via West Gate (down via bus). You’ll need to make bookings prior to visiting South Putuo Temple and Xiamen University via WeChat app. Our driver 汪师傅 is very friendly, punctual and has great driving skills. Besides that, she is very patient and helpful with the elderly. The car is spacious and clean.

We were picked up on time; car was clean and driver is polite. It’s is a 9 hours service and the driver is always there waiting for us. We lost our way in Zeng Cuo An and the driver got to find us and luckily the driver advised us to download WeChat so we can share our location. The company in charge are very responsive to my queries. They give your all the details one day before the trip and this makes you feel assuranced.

The tour guides (Stella & Wendy) are very kind and helpful and managed to resolved minor misundedstanding on the city tour coverage. The driver is very friendly and helpful in helping our elderly parents and be friended with them

우리의 운전가이드는 얀씨였습니다:) 전날 간단한 인사와함께 갈 곳들을 정리해서 얘기해드린뒤 아침 9시부터 만나 이동했습니다. 되게 어려보이는 분이셔서 놀랐어요ㅎㅎ 굉장히 스마트하게 미리 루트를 정리해서 이동해준 덕분에 복잡하지도, 불편하지도 않았습니다. 매번 승하차시 문열고닫고 해주고 고마웠어요. 항상 내린뒤 우리가 만나는 곳도 확인해주고 관광뒤 연락하면 빠르게 와줬어요 그리고 우리에게 맛있는 식당도 소개해주고 데려가줘서 진짜진짜 고마웠습니다:) 마지막까지 안전하게 호텔까지 데려다 준 하루였어요~~~

師傅前一天就有聯絡上，讓我們非常安心，四處跑還能推薦景點！車況非常良好，完全沒什麼問題還很舒適，我們就這樣行李放車上玩得非常開心！
