It's so nice to see the pic of Girl with a pearl earring that I wanted to so long time ago. Recommended to visit this museum when you plan to go the Hagge. I bought the ticket via KLOOK in the museum as I found the official ticket a bit higher. It just took few mins for the prochase. 👍

The Mauritshuis is a beautiful 17th-century building houses incredible masterpieces, including Vermeer’s Girl with a Pearl Earring and several stunning works by Rembrandt. The atmosphere is relaxed, allowing you to take your time exploring the collection at your own pace. Overall, a fantastic experience that shouldn’t be missed when in The Hague! Highly recommended!

What a beautiful house that turned into a museum. You will see a lot of masterpieces here so be sure to download the Mauritshuis app. Dogs are not allowed.

purchasing the entrance ticket from Klook and visiting the museum was a great experience. The process was simple and straightforward. We got a discount code and also used our Klook points. the museum was well located in the centre of Den Haag. It was compact, well organized and not crowded on the day. We explored all the floors and were allowed to take great photos of the famous paintings at our leisure. Masterpiece of famous Dutch painters such as Vermeer and Rembrandt were well represented.

The Mauritshuis should be on the itinerary of every art lover who visits Den Haag. It is small as museums of this stature go but it definitely packs a punch with the inclusion of many masterpieces of Dutch masters. The highlights are certainly the several Rembrandts on view as well as several by Vermeer. Girl with a pearl earring is the main draw but don’t pass by his other works, or those of so many other lesser known masters. You’re likely to spend 2-3 hours taking it all in.
