How do reviews on Klook work?
Reviews are a great way to help other people thinking of booking the same activity. We offer Klook credits when you leave reviews for certain activities.: You can earn 20 credits when you write more than 100 characters. You can earn 30 more credits when you upload 3 or more photos.
How to review an activity:

- Click on your "Account" icon at the top right-hand corner of the screen.
- Click "Reviews".
- Choose the activity you'd like to review.
- Write your review and attach any photos you'd like of your experience.
- Submit your review.
App
- Tap on your "Account" icon in the bottom-right corner of your screen.
- Select "Reviews".
- Choose the activity you'd like to review.
- Write your review and attach any photos you'd like of your experience.
- Submit your review.
You can leave a review only within one month after taking part in the activity. For bookings that you made and participated before 25 Dec 2023, you will be allowed to leave a review until 1 Jun 2024. You can earn credits for only the first 10 activities you review each month. In addition, you will not receive Klook credits for reviews of the following types of activities:
- Free bookings
- Booked again within 30 days after taking part in the previous one
- Bookings with a total value of below US$5.
