I have booked an activity but I have not received a confirmation email. What should I do?

If you have not received your confirmation email, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your spam folder in your email just in case
  2. Go to the Bookings page on the website and see if you can find your booking status there
  3. Reach out to us at Ask Flickket by submitting a "Check Status of Existing Booking" inquiry
