What does instant confirmation and the lightning bolt icon mean? What should I do if I don't receive my voucher?

When you see "Instant confirmation" with a lightning bolt icon on an activity, it means you'll get your booking confirmation email or voucher within 5 minutes of completing the payment.

If you haven't received either the confirmation email or voucher, you can:

  • Check the spam folder
  • Go to the Bookings page to find and check the booking status
  • Reach out to us at Ask Flickket by submitting a "Check Status of Existing Booking" inquiry
