What should I do if I want to view a voucher through a message received through KakaoTalk and cannot log in or the voucher is not confirmed even after logging in?

A: Please make sure your account is the same as the one you used when making your reservation.

If your login email address and the email address linked to KakaoTalk do not match, you may experience the error situation mentioned above. On the login screen, you can check your reservation details normally by logging in using the login method you previously used when making a reservation, other than Kakao Login.

Example: If you signed up for Klook using your email address (phone number), you can log in by clicking ‘Email address (phone number)’.

If you want to use KakaoTalk login, please link your KakaoTalk account in Klook login method management.

  • Klook Web: Profile in the upper right corner > Login method management > KakaoTalk linkage
  • Klook app: MY Klook at the bottom > Settings > Login method management > KakaoTalk linkage

If the problem is still not resolved, please contact Klook customer service.
