I can't log into my Klook account. What can I do?

Incorrect or expired verification code

  • Check the phone number you provided to see if it’s correct.
  • Check the verification code you used to log in to see if it’s correct.
  • Check the verification code you received to see if it’s new and valid. Or wait for another 60 seconds to request a new verification code.


Non-receipt of verification code

  • The SMS might not be delivered due to connectivity issues. Instead, reach out to your service provider or try again later.
  • Go to the search bar and look for Klook to see if Klook is marked as spam.
  • Please make sure you pay your bill to avoid any service disruption.
  • Ask someone to send you an SMS to see if you can receive messages.
  • Restart the phone to make sure there’s no connectivity issue.
  • Use another mobile phone and insert the same SIM card to check whether you can receive an SMS.


Too many verification code requests

  • Wait for another hour before you request a new verification code. We can only send up to 15 SMS every hour.


Incorrect account information or password

  • Make sure you’re logging in with the same email or phone number you used to sign up.


Forgotten account password

  • Select "Forget password" on the login page to reset your password. You can use your phone number or email address to find your account.
