How long do hotel booking refunds take?
The processing times for the money to be reflected in your account may vary, depending on your payment method.
Credit card: Banks can take 3-14 business days, or until your next billing cycle.
Others (e.g. Paypal): Contact the payment channel directly for the status of your refund.
Heads up: Klook does not determine the time it takes for the sum to be credited back into your account. All processing times depend solely on the financial service provider, but do let us know if you haven't received your refund within 30 days.
