What documents do I need to prove my baggage was damaged or stolen?
You’ll need:
- Proof of booking for the transport where the damage or theft happened, showing your name
- Timestamped photos or videos of the damage or theft
- Proof that the damage or theft happened during that journey, such as an operator report, police report, or timestamped photos of your items before departure
We also recommend including receipts for your items so you get reimbursed to your expectations. See the T&Cs for details.
