I can't connect to the internet with the eSIM on Klook. What should I do?

Set up the APN (Access Point Name) following these instructions:

Apple iPhone

  1. Go to Settings > Cellular.
  2. Select your eSIM.
  3. Tap Mobile Data Network.
  4. Enter the APN details. Once done, simply tap the back arrow and the information will be saved automatically.

Samsung Galaxy

  1. Go to Settings > Connections > Mobile networks.
  2. Tap Access Point Names.
  3. Tap Add on the top right.
  4. Enter the APN details, tap the three dot menu (⋮) and Save.

Google Pixel

  1. Go to Settings > Network & internet > SIMs.
  2. Select your eSIM and scroll down to Access Point Names.
  3. Tap the + icon.
  4. Enter the APN details and tap the three dot menu (⋮) and Save.

Xiaomi

  1. Go to Settings > SIM cards & mobile networks.
  2. Select your eSIM > Access Point Names.
  3. Tap New APN at the bottom.
  4. Enter the APN details and tap More > Save.

Oppo / OnePlus

  1. Go to Settings > Mobile network.
  2. Select your eSIM > Access Point Names.
  3. Tap the + (plus) icon at the top right.
  4. Enter the APN details and tap the Checkmark (✓) to save.

Vivo

  1. Go to Settings > Mobile network (or Network & internet).
  2. Select your eSIM > Access Point Name (APN).
  3. Tap the + icon, enter the APN details, and tap Done or Save.
