What is the boarding process when departing from stations in Mainland China?
- Go to self-service gate or ask for assistance at the counter for identification and ticket verification.
- Scan your ID document at the boarding gate to enter.
- When you arrive at West Kowloon station, follow these instructions:
- Exit from the platform at the B4 floor and follow the signs to the Arrival Concourse at the B2 floor for immigration process.
- Scan your ID document to exit the gate.
