This was a smart deal, which allowed me to visit Topkapi Palace and Hagia Sophia (with very helpful tourist guides). Unfortunately, Basilica Cistern was closed during this time and I could not visit it. Due to covid and lockdown for locals, there were no queues at the entry points. The package also included Bosphorus Cruise tour. Thanks to Haluk, Emre & Deniz for excellent tour!

Getting the combo tour was the best purchase for this trip! Covered all 3 museums in 2 days. We got to skip the queues, and were given a brief introduction of the museums before we entered. The tour guides were friendly and gave lots of insightful information (even tips on where to dine like locals!). Would definitely get this combo again when we revisit Istanbul!

The combo package is cheaper compared to three ticket, which would cost instead 260 turkish lira and do not guarantee access without queue and guide. At each entrance you will find easily recognizable staff who will introduce you to the sites of interest by providing historical and cultural information about temple/site and the surrounding area. The guided tour lasts about 20 minutes for hagia sophia, 30 minutes tookapi palace and 5 minutes the cistern, but you can spend as much time as you wish freely for each one. The guides speak excellent English, fluent and understandable, they are friendly, smiling and beautiful women! The package is valid for 3 days, we spend it in one day, considering the proximity of the sites (1.30h hagia sophia, 30 min cistern, 2.30h tookapi). About the site: Hagia sophia (holy wisdom), you will feel living in a sacred space and infinite time. Frescoes, marble, mosaics, imperial gate, the dome that looks like an eye, ermetic meaning of union between microcosm and macrocosm, and much more for the magnificence of the structure. An internal side of the basilica was not visible due to restoration job. Absolutely go there! dont miss it! 2) The Basilica Cistern Short visit, a structure builded to water collection, large ionic and corinthian columns, environment enlightened by soft reddish light. Unfortunately the tank was empty for technical problem, maybe restoration. 3) Topkapi The palace was home of many Ottoman sultans, it is divided into 3 large gardens, the last one you will have spectacular views of the bosphorus. After passing the magnificent imperial gate, you will be in the first garden, with the soldiers and armaments room which has become now a musical area, due the acoustic. After the door of the greeting, where only sultan is allow to pass riding horse, you are in the second garden, which inside there are numerous pavilions with relics, treasures, jewels, reception rooms and ceremonies, portraits an so on. The last court has a magnificent view of the bosphorus. I definitely advice book here and dont miss any of three.

Having these cards were very convenient and it made our trips around Istanbul extremely easy too. The transport card value had just enough for us to travel for 5 days around Istanbul. The museum cards got us into the most amazing tourist attractions around the area too, slipping the crazy queues and instantly immersing ourselves in the history. The guide was also great, conversing extremely well in English and shared valuable information about each attraction. One thing to note is that museums are closed on mondays and sometimes tuesdays so plan your itinerary according to that!

Booked it for a winter season tour. It was not a crowded tour. In fact, it feels like a private tour as there was just me and another girl. I had a tour guide with a heavy beard from Kadikoy (I don't recall his name). He is very knowledgeable and was very ready to take our questions. He brought us along Topkapi palace with his interesting stories about this palace. He also spoke good English and I generally find it worth it to have bought this in Klook! (FYI: Pictures are taken of Hagia Sophia which was also part of this package)

I purchased Istanbul Welcome Card (Premium) a day prior my arrival to Istanbul. They delivered the card to the hotel I booked in. It was fast transaction. My first tour was I'm Hagia Sophia. My tour guide is a lady. Her name is Ezge in Turkish or Melody in English. She was so fluent in English and very accomodating. The mosaic of Jesus and 2 emperor Justine and Constantine is so heart warming. I felt the holiness and the history just by looking at them. Further, the Holy Calligraphy of Allah Mohamed Ali Hassan and more are the biggest in the world. I went to Prince Island and spent my time riding a rented biked until 4:30 PM. Next day, I visited Topkapi Palace and my guide was the bearded guy. He taught us the history and time line of each architecture how once area differs from another because each courtyard or section of the palace has different function and was develop by different Sultans leaving their own footprint or legacy. It is worth a visit. It has a lot of similarity to the forbidden city of Imperial China. I thend went on Bosphorus tour. The reception of isntabul welcome card ask me to download the app. He recomended to sit on the right seat for a better view. The boat is branded TURYOL. It is near the fish and bread boat market. Thank you Melody, bearded guy and Istanbul Welcome Card. I went on solo travel so next time I will bring my family and friends and buy the same. Your services are beyond expectations.
