The Jeju Folk Village was definitely a must see in Jeju! It is so unique and I have not seen anything quite like it before. The village wound up being significantly larger than expected, it was actually quite massive! My girlfriend and I were thoroughly impressed with the size of the village. It had quite a lot of things to look at, but after a while it did feel a bit repetitive, to be honest. The village was done extremely well and the buildings and structures looked fantastic, but just keep in mind you will be looking at (what I would guess) is close to 100 homes that all start to look a bit similar. However, they did have things to break it up like standing swings, old school stilts, and an arcade machine, so that was really neat too! Overall I would definitely recommend coming here, although I wouldn't necessarily visit it again.
Quite an interesting place..a lot of things to try out..it is quite big..it takes more than 3hrs to visit around..unfortunately,there's no special performance on the day i visited even it should have. It is neither raining nor snowing..They wont notify the visitor about the cancellation.you will need to ask them..
It was a truly amazing experience and the money that we paid was definitely worth. It was fun yetl educational as we got to learn about Korea's culture and how they lived in the past. I would definitely recommend people to come to the Jeju Folk Village.Have fun! The lunch set, although we paid for 4 people, we were only given 3 main course and the ladies at the restaurant insisted that it was 3 main course only..and we could not really communicate as the only speak Korean.. but other than that the experience of the village was good.
