Package Related Information

• The Klook Experience Package comes with:

1. Attraction Bundle: One (1) Standard Concert ticket bundled with one (1) ticket for either one (1) or two (2) Klook Attractions Tickets, depending on the bundle selected; or
2. Hotel and Attraction Bundle: Two (2) Standard Concert tickets bundled with one (1) Hotel room night and two (2) Klook Attractions Tickets for a single attraction (referring to the Hotel Michael + Adventure Cove package).

• Each Klook Registered User may purchase a maximum of four (4) Concert tickets per booking. This limit corresponds to a maximum of four (4) Klook Experience Packages if the Attraction Bundle is selected, or two (2) Klook Experience Packages if the Hotel and Attraction Bundle is selected.
• No Cancellation and No Refund. You cannot apply for a cancellation/refund once the booking is made.
• For accessible seats, currently it is only available through Ticketing Partner’s hotline, please check here for more information.
• You don’t have to be a member of BTS FANCLUB to purchase from Klook.Your tickets are confirmed upon successful payment. Note that the Klook Experience Packages are not based on a chance-based lottery system.

• The actual seat layout is subject to changes without notice depending on the sales status of each seat type. Seat layout for each seat type will not be downgraded to a lower-priced area; however, please note that the seat layout may be subject to changes prior to the Concert. No refunds or seat amendments will be allowed due to seat layout modifications. Please be aware of this before completing your purchase.

No Seat Selection

Please note the following terms before booking your tickets:

• If you wish to be seated together, we recommend purchasing tickets in one booking to increase the likelihood of being assigned contiguous seat. However, final seat allocation will be subjected to actual availability and at the discretion of Artist Management/Ticketing Partner/Klook. Do note that seat selection is not available.

How to get concert ticket

• The Concert tickets will be updated on your booking confirmation page at a later date as determined by the Artist Management/Event Promoter/Ticketing Partner in its sole discretion. You have to present the electronic ticket for entry.

Klook Attraction Ticket

• The Klook Attraction Tickets will be issued in the form of a full discount promotional code credited to your Klook account within twenty-four (24) hours. There will not be any email notification sent to you, please check the "Account - Promo Codes" under your Klook account.
  This promotional code must be applied to a subsequent booking to facilitate the issuance of the final attraction tickets. This promotional code cannot be used directly for accessing Universal Studios Singapore, Singapore Oceanarium, Singapore Adventure Cove Waterpark, Bird Paradise and Night Safari.
• The booking calendar for Klook Attraction Tickets operates based on the merchant’s schedule, typically with a lead time of 2–4 months. As a result, dates further in the future (e.g., December) may not yet be available. If you require a later date, please check the attraction booking pages closer to that time.
• The Klook Attraction Tickets are only applicable for designated activities and packages that you have purchased. The purchased Attractions are subject to limited daily capacity, and Klook does not hold responsibility if your desired date is unavailable. • The Klook Attraction Tickets are valid from June 5th to Dec 31st, 11:59PM 2026 (Singapore time), unless directed by Klook otherwise. The Klook Attraction Tickets are valid only for bookings made via Klook Platform, excluding listings from and on third-party platforms.

Klook Hotel Michael

• The check-in date will be set as the selected Concert date. No exceptions are allowed.
• Your room is secured and your booking confirmation is issued immediately upon payment. However, please allow 3-7 days for the hotel to process the booking on their end. Any issues or queries on your booking should be directed to our Klook customer service, who would be able to assist you and serve as a point of contact with the hotel accommodation or third party supplier.
• Your room includes 2x hotel breakfast.
• Please note that the room type is run of house (assigned upon arrival).
• Hotels have a minimum age requirement of 18 years old to check-in without an adult present.
• By making a hotel accommodation booking as part of the Klook Experience Package on the Klook Platform, you accept and agree to the relevant hotel accommodation booking conditions, including cancellation and no-show policies. The cancellation and no-show policy of each hotel accommodation is available on the Klook Platform at the hotel accommodation page. Bookings made as part of the Klook Experience Package shall not be eligible for cancellation, refund or change.
