Kolour Festival Guidelines
- Final entry is 6:00 PM. Late arrivals will not be admitted or refunded.
- Strictly for ages 20+ with valid ID required.
- This is a NO DRUGS event.
- Tickets labeled as “Timed Entry” must enter before the designated time; late entry may incur a late fee.
- Lost wristbands: A new ticket must be purchased or a replacement fee will apply. Depending on your seat/table type, the replacement fee ranges from 1,500–2,500 THB per person.
- Damaged or fraudulent tickets will be denied entry and reported to police.
- Rain or shine event. In case of extreme weather/force majeure, tickets will be converted into credits for future Kolour events (no refunds).
- No outside food or drinks (including alcohol and bottled water).
- Smoking only in designated areas.
- Not recommended for elderly, pregnant women, or people with health conditions. Must consult doctor and inform organizer in advance.
