• All package elements will be rendered invalid if resold.
• Packages and contents are non-transferable, no refunds or exchanges, all sales are final.
• All package items (including locations and package inclusions) may vary based on on-site situation and are subject to change at any time for any reason.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your contact information (such as Real Name, email and address) provided at the time of purchase is correct and current and the tour promoter, ticketing company or any other affiliated parties are not responsible where incorrect information results in an undelivered product.
• All Package components (e.g. Merchandise) are to be picked up at the venue on-site.
• There will be no replacement benefit if you miss part of the event. Please arrive on time to check-in.
• Staff reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person to or from the event due to security concerns on an individual basis. All event participants must adhere to venue rules and regulations and are subject to search/security screening on site. No weapons nor any prohibited items of any kinds are permitted.
• Security reserves the right to search any bags upon entry to the venue.

Remarks

• Must complete ticketing website member registration before proceeding any ticket purchase.
• Registration does not guarantee you a ticket. Your “ReVeluv” Membership NUMBER will be your presale promo code
• Please Pre-Check each ticketing system’s payment method and tickets delivery restrictions before proceeding your purchase.
• Purchase limit is 2 tickets for “ReVeluv” Membership per sale and 4 tickets per show per account for Public on sale. If more than 4 tickets are purchased with the same member ID after verification, the organizer has the right to cancel the ticket transaction.
• Each ticket is assigned a specific seat.
• Age limit: 3 years or above. One person per ticket regardless of age. A valid ticket is required for admission.
• Tickets purchased from FANTOPIA are e-tickets, paper tickets redemption is not available.
• If ticket is lost, damaged, defaced or stolen, the Organizer and ticketing agency will not reissue or replace the ticket, and will not bear any responsibility. Please keep it carefully.
