Dong Zhi (冬至) is a traditional Chinese festival that celebrates one of the 24 Chinese Solar Terms, the Winter Solstice. It’s a festive of remembrance, gratitude, and reunion.
Today, most have forgotten the purpose of the festival. Join us in a 2 in 1 session of both a Sharing Talk and Hands on Session, where our young speaker will share about this festival and his personal stories with you.
Ending the session with a simple hands on session of making the traditional rice ball (tang yuan) which you can bring home for consumption for reunion with your friends and family.
*Tickets sold are non-refundable.
