With distinct flavor profiles and innovative techniques, her signature Crab Curry and Sri Lankan Chicken Curry have made culinary waves worldwide.
Immerse yourself in her passion and talent through our exclusive Masterclass, available twice daily, from 2.00PM-4.00PM & 5.00PM-7.00PM. Each intimate session, limited to six participants, presents an opportunity to delve into the authentic tastes and techniques of Chef Dee’s widely loved Sri Lankan Crab Curry with coconut rice and pineapple salad, that earned Masterchef contestant a spot on Masterchef Australia and changed her life.
