Concert Introduction

Music Elements Big Band is the newest big band in town under the musical direction of band leader, Udom Kiattivikrai. Together with 25 other veteran musicians and with community music making as its core, the band seeks to spread the joy of big band swing music.

Join in for a night of big band fun with music from Joe Zawinul, Arthur Hamilton, Jimmy Van Heusen, Gordon Goodwin, Dennis DiBlasio, Count Basie and His Majesty, the late King Bhumibol Adulyadej of Thailand. Treat yourself to a sensational evening of swing, Latin and fusion music. Don’t forget your dancing shoes!
