So far all esim service by Klook is great! I got this for my Milan trip. All is good. The only place I got a slight delay or lag in service is in Lake Como Area but not sure if its because of this service or simply because alot of people were using their services as well as it was crowded! Nonetheless, does its job.

During this trip to Massa Martana in central Italy, the 10GB/7-day e-SIM had good overall signal strength. Video calls were usable. You can also apply for a free 3GB e-SIM at FOC airport. Coupled with the hotel WiFi, I used less than 5GB in total.

Setup was easy and smooth through the app, and the price was great! The connection was good with no issues. I don't watch a lot of videos, so 10GB for 7 days was a little overkill, but it was cheap, so no problem. I'd definitely use it again when traveling.
