We stayed one night, great little hotel, nice size room with bathroom (bath & shower). Staff are lovely and friendly, great customer service. We had dinner in the hotel, food was delicious. Plenty parking on site. Very close to station too.

Traditional hotel with comfortable rooms, nice restaurant and great breakfast. Friendly staff make you feel welcome. Comfortable lounge and bar, ample parking outside. The hotel is a short walk to the station for anyone taking the really scenic train trips to Oban and Fort William.
Really enjoyed my stay.

Nice Hotel in a great location - fabulous walks right from the front door.
The restaurant is good and the breakfast is absolutely fabulous. The staff were really nice and friendly.

Por debajo del promedio There was a storm and subsequent power outage, the hotel was closed when we arrived at 2:30pm. I received an email explaining the situation, but didn't have wifi.

Staff was nice, surface areas were clean but a lot of dust, mould and gunk buildup in the corners of the bathroom and on the curtains. Carpet in the room was really old and stained. Shower was ancient and hard to moderate the temperature but bonus points that it was hot. The place desperately needs an update or at the very least, a deep cleaning. It’s labelled as a 3 star but presents more like a 2 star.
