We had an excellent stay at Parnas Hotel Jeju. The property is beautiful, and our room offered stunning views of the grounds and the sea. We enjoyed watching surfers from our window and even witnessed an engagement proposal that felt straight out of a K-drama. The food in both the lounge and restaurants was excellent, and the staff were consistently professional, friendly, and helpful.
There was a minor issue with the elevator during our stay, but hotel management addressed it promptly and made things right, which we greatly appreciated.
One suggestion, not unique to this hotel, would be to install grab bars near the bathtub/shower area. Even with a non-slip mat, additional support would be helpful for senior guests.
Overall, this is a beautiful Jeju property with outstanding service. As a K-drama fan, I especially loved the lobby, which reminded me of one of my favorite dramas. We would happily stay here again.
