Rooms are tiny but clean. The shared kitchen is nice to have though we didn't cook. You must be comfortable with self check-in and texting for information. The app was slow to send through so that was a little annoying (that is, I had a quick response according to the time stamp, but the app didn't push it through for hours). Parking is free if you are willing to walk but it's probably better than driving in the medieval streets!
Overall, good for a night or two.

Great location on this historic university city. Lots of history to explore. Great communication from the owners about parking options (free parking over the bridge at the convent multistory).

Location is central and easy to get to. The staff is very nice and friendly, trying to help with the city attractions. The room is clean but very simple and basic. Some wall hooks and luggage holders will be appreciated . The bathroom is tiny and would be uncomfortable for someone bigger.

The room was clean, quiet and just right for our group of 3. It had air conditioning and heat. The shared kitchen was very large. It's at the center of everything. Public car parking was close and priced well. The rooms are right in the middle of everything we needed. It was all walking distance. We are completely happy with this accommodation.

Clean room and had air-conditioning. Availability of coffee in kitchen on second floor. Staff member, Liliana was excellent and extremely helpful and friendly. Good recommendations on Fado recital and coffee/food venue. Room was ready on arrival even though I was very early. Only drawback was lack of soundproofing in room and very noisy people returning from night out.
