Fantástico Beautiful hotel in the heart of city center. Staff was amazing! We got there before our room was ready, but were able to drop our bags. When we came back, the staff had already taken our bags to our room for us (no small task as there is no elevator and LOTS of stairs). Very helpful woman at the front desk and later a young man who helped us arrange a taxi for the next morning. I would DEFINITELY stay here again!

A great place to stay in the heart of Brussels, just steps from Grand Place, with everything you need nearby. The customer service is truly the best in town. Every staff member was friendly, welcoming, and professional. A special thank you to Andres, Eve, and Romain for going above and beyond to make our stay memorable.
I highly recommend this hotel.

- good shower
- family room has 4 single beds = perfect
Considerations
- No air-conditioning - be aware as in summer gets warm.
- provided with fans however and can open windows
- no lift BUT the staff helped carry our luggage up and down

The staff was very helpful. We were there during a very hot time of year and the place is not air conditioned, but there was a strong fan. The shower area was modern. It is in a good location a fairly short walk from the train station.

We stayed in a family room in June 2026. The location was perfect. Exit the station on the Hilton Hotel side, cross the street, and walk for about 2–3 minutes. The hotel is on the left-hand side.
The hotel has been nicely renovated. The mattress was very comfortable, and complimentary bottled water was provided in the room, which we appreciated.
The bathroom has only an all-in-one hair and body wash provided.
The loft area was nice and clean, but it could get warm. Also, the stairs to the loft are narrow, so I would recommend bringing smaller suitcases if possible.
All of the staff were very kind and helpful. We were able to borrow an umbrella during our stay. There is also a coin laundry just a few steps away from the hotel.
