Estupendo Overall the place was clean but there were ants in the kitchen. Not because there was food, I think just the nature of the unit. There were issues with hot water but my partner figured it out. It feels more like an Airbnb but that's what we were hoping for with laundry in the middle of our trip. The views from the panoramic balcony are spectacular. I would definitely book this place again.

Estupendo This was a very unique property to stay in - great location / loved being on the square. We chose this property as traveling as a family of four with adult children so wanted some space + privacy. Extremely spacious. Appreciated all the bathrooms. Good showers. Great art decorating the many walls! Living room area furniture and patio furniture could have been more comfortable.

Excellent location. Good bars/restaurants right downstairs. Taxi stand in plaza. Beautiful, spacious apartment. Worked very well for a family of four.

Perfect location with beautiful views! The rooftop was the best addition to this room. Ended every night admiring the views of Florence. Room was just as described.

Estupendo The location in a piazza and walking distance to many areas of the City was great. The property management company communicated well and were pleasant and the property was clean and accommodated us well. However it was fairly bare-bones, and there were some maintenance issues and only one key with this one key also required to control the lights so that was a bit challenging. Overall, the location, size of the unit and proximity to different sites worked very well for us.

Great location. Great communication with property manager. Very clean and comfortable.
WiFi was only strong in one room, in the other areas of the apartment it was pretty weak. Hot water heater was glitchy as well.

Bien Dirty, Poor communication, pictures are misleading. Was met late by host and told “in case the power goes out, here’s how to reset the fuse box”. Location was great. Property was not.
