Embassy has one of the best breakfasts with Hilton. Room and property was clean. The complimentary happy hour each night is a nice touch. We visited Cheesecake Factory and the Brea Improv…all within a mile of the hotel

This place is amazing clean and beautiful with the reflection pool in the large atrium to sit and have your meals. The breakfast was the best I ever had at a hotel for free. It was like any restaurant sit down, restaurant that you would pay for THE Best. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The only thing was that when housekeeping touched up the room they took the bath towels and left us hand towels to use the next morning. We will be staying here next year when we come to visit our family.

Something was off with the cleaning staff. Shampoo bottles were empty, and there was no soap. On the second day, when we came back, the carpet was still not clean, the towels were outside the bedroom, and the bed had dirt on it. Overall, the room was very dusty. The main lobby and breakfast area were clean. Our room clearly didn't meet the standard we were expecting and what we paid for.

The lobby area was beautiful but that is where it seemed to end. The pool area was dirty, the hot tub jets did not work and there were no clean towels. Thirty minutes after I asked for towels it took another guest to ask again to receive towels 20 minutes after that. One night the elevator floor was soaking wet and smelled and only a sign was set out stating wet floor instead of mopping it up. The room was only ok. Good size but the beds were broken s as when you rolled over it would make a loud pop sound. The couch/sofa bed was not usable as it was sagging and the mattress was stained. Outside our window was a bright spot light for the palm tree but it shone straight into our room. A lot of potential at this hotel but definitely not up to Hilton standards. The breakfast is great and convenient except the scrambled eggs, those looked horrible.

Very clean room. The staff where really super nice like Joy and I forgot the other girls name but they where super friendly. The accommodation was super beyond. Thank you girls.

Location, Location ,Location!!! The rooms are a bit dated. Furniture is old but comfortable. Cleaning crew could do a better job in the bathroom as there was mold in several places. Bed was super comfortable. Room was quiet. Breakfast was a dream. Elevators are fast and parking is ample. Brea Mall is right next door and it’s really nice. Lots of restaurant choices for any budget. And shopping if you’re inclined.

Room was clean but seemed to need updating for devices, charging, etc. Location is excellent.

The room was perfect and the best part was the Red Bulls which were needed
