We had a lovely weekend stay at Tortue in a Grande Double Room, which was very spacious and included a comfortable sitting area. The bed was comfortable, although the pillows were a little flimsy. The bathroom was on the smaller side, with a shower over the bath; and the towels felt quite thin. The décor throughout the hotel is stylish, with a dark and moody atmosphere that we really liked. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming, and the complimentary drink on arrival was a nice touch. There were a couple of minor drawbacks. The air conditioning was quite weak, so we needed to open the windows to cool the room down. Unfortunately, our room overlooked the main street, so it could be quite noisy with traffic. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the breakfast. I don’t say that very often, but it was exceptional. There was a great selection of à la carte dishes, all freshly prepared to order, and everything we tried was of superb quality and absolutely delicious. The breakfast service was good too - friendly, efficient and attentive. My partner particularly loved staying at Tortue, and overall we had a wonderful stay. We would definitely come back.

The Tortue is a fabulous hotel with top end bars and restaurants within.

Loved the valet parking. Hotel is modern and staff were accommodating.

I like breakfast

This is a beautiful hotel- lovely rooms decorated with sophistication and high ceilings. Service was impeccable also in the Brasserie and Petit Tortue restaurants. Well situated for shopping and seeing the city.

This hotel is very cozy, yet quite cool. Lots of dining and bar options. Area around is convenient for waking and shopping. The room we had was great. Super high ceiling, very modern and comfy. Comfortable bedding. I’d stay here again.

The staff went over and above helping us figure out rental car replacement issues - they were great!
