We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel in Ubud. The staff were absolutely amazing, nothing was ever too much trouble for them. Every single person we met was so helpful, friendly, kind, and genuinely caring. They really made us feel valued as travellers and treated us as individuals, which made such a difference to our experience. The hotel itself is incredibly comfortable and the cleanliness throughout is excellent. The pool is beautiful, the surroundings are gorgeous, and even the walk to the room feels peaceful and scenic. The location is also excellent, perfectly placed in Ubud and very easy to get around from. The food in the hotel was delicious, with excellent meals every day. As gluten free travellers, we were especially grateful for how well the team looked after us and accommodated our dietary needs. It would be great to see a few more gluten free options at breakfast, and it may also help future guests if the menu highlighted which main meals can be made gluten free, as many of them can be. We stayed with our 8-year-old and found the hotel very family friendly, while still feeling wonderfully quiet, calm, and relaxing. We would happily stay here again.

Great location in Ubud, smaller resort with great facilities, staff was very attentive. Visited with a family of 4 and would definetely stay here again when we are in the area.

If you want to immerse yourself in the atmosphere, this is a great option. There's parking, and the grounds are beautiful and green. The rooms and restaurant are nice. I liked everything.

It’s dense beautiful tropical foliage was amazing. Each room should have a dehumidifier to keep the musty smells and mold down, and ceiling fan to save on air conditioning and keep the air circulating and freezing fresh.. Also, the staff at the dining lobby should not come to see if everything is ok every 5 minutes. A few Floating noodles in pool should be available for customer use.
