I don't even know where to begin. This place is a dump. The photos online must be from 20 years ago, because the reality is a crumbling, dirty shell of a building.

I was really disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was far below expectations — the room didn’t feel properly cleaned, and several areas looked neglected. It definitely did not meet even basic standards. The amenities were also not as advertised. Many of the features listed either weren’t available or were much more limited than described, which felt misleading. One of the biggest issues was the presence of multiple nightclubs operating on different levels of the building. This was never mentioned anywhere when booking. The noise was disruptive, especially at night, and made it very difficult to rest. Additionally, there is no free parking available, despite the impression given in the listing. Having to pay extra for parking was frustrating and inconvenient. Overall, this stay did not meet expectations, and I would not recommend this hotel.

Staff were friendly and courteous. But hotel needs freshening up with outdated rooms and decor. My room wasnt ready at 2pm and had to wait 2 hours! Not good start to my stay.

Very good location. Very helpful and courteous staff especially Saleh was outstanding and sweet. Front counter staff was great too. Hotel location is very good. Now what’s not great. Loud music coming from downstair night club keeps you awake all night. There were small roaches in the room. Check was delayed as room was not ready .

Room was just fine but staff were not so courteous. Acted like they were doing you a favor by offering the service.

The Hotel is the poorest hotel ever. Poor housekeeping Poor customer service Poor food ever that can not consume Poor amenities No Toilet rolls supplied we had to buy No cutleries supplied only provided with plastic spoon to wash and reuse throughout our stay We were held back on check out for a dirty bedsheet and charged for it before we left. The hotel worth nothing and it shouldn’t be on Expedia platform. I advised do not visit based on my experience.
