Really convenient for visiting Plitivice Park. Entrance 2 is just below the hotel. We paid for day passes for the park and they were able to extend them for the length of our stay, which was a nice bonus. The staff was really accommodating and helpful. They let us store our bags before/after check in and check out so that we could explore. They also gave us a free shuttle ride to the bus stop. Food options are so-so but you’re not there for the food. Our room was small and dated, but I think there are nicer, more recently updated options.

This is the probably the best hotel at Plitvices Lakes (in the national park) but the hotel is older and showing its age. The massage service was excellent, particularly after doing the 6+ hour hike. The dinner buffet needs work and definitely not worth 30 euros, food is cold and has limited choices. Breakfast was fine (not great) as it was included in the hotel price but again, limited choices. The location of this hotel is excellent, it was easy to find, and parking was easy but you have to get there before the crowds.

The location of the hotel is perfect. We had a wonderful experience in the lakes and hiking. The hotel is rundown, and the staff were not as friendly or helpful as they could have been, and there were zero amenities in the hotel room It was expensive for the experience

Great location and notably well managed hotel with outstanding staff who provided extra help whenever needed. The hotel caters to National Park visitors and hosts group tours but you never felt part of a crowd. The park was spectacular, even with some mobility issues, and the hotel was a perfect choice. Rooms were large, clean and comfortable. Not luxury but better than basic in terms of comfort and functionality. Breakfast was also very pleasant. Would stay again if I return to Plitvice. It is a very very short walk to entrance two.

Super convenient for hiking Plitvice, and you can store your luggage until done with your hike. Restaurant is good, not great, and a bit overpriced, but hey, they have a monopoly.
