Decent quality hotel which largely caters to locals close to the edge of south jakarta. To be honest I only only saw one pair of foreign tourists my whole stay. Rooms are small but clean, bathroom door swings into the whole bathroom space, and you have to step into the shower to close or open the door Mall underneath has 2 food courts, one on the 3rd floor and another in the basement close to the Diamond supermarket. never ate the same thing twice throughout my stay and saved almost a $700 doing so and taking transit.24 hour food and services are pretty far away (out of walking distance) unless you use a delivery service. Elevators are unusual, lobby ones connect to the mall, 2 of the tower A ones go to lower levels with specific key card access FC - Arcade 3 - MRT access and Food Court G - indomaret and AW Overall a good stay for a budget traveler, families or someone looking to experience locals with moderate priced food, clothing and entertainment. Main restaurant is halal, and the hotel maintains Asusila/ immortality rules so no "guests", dated expat elsewhere, alongside restrictions on drugs and alcohol (I'm sober so that doesn't affect me), the restopub Vibes is on the 5th floor for alcohol.

I recently stayed at the Grand Whiz Hotel and had a wonderful experience. Pros: -The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring all my needs were met promptly. A special mention to Yasmin, who was particularly helpful. -The hotel amenities, including the pool, are great for families. -The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of traditional dish options. -The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation. Cons: -I stayed in a superior twin room. The room was okay but not very spacious and could use some improvement. However, it was sufficient for sleeping at night. -The pool is located near the hotel's open-space restaurant, and there were many people smoking, which made it uncomfortable for my family to relax by the pool. Overall, I highly recommend the Grand Whiz Hotel for a comfortable and memorable stay.

I have only complain about this property, stained sheet. Location is good, services and cleaning on point.

Big swimming pool. Connecting to the MRT (Mass Rapid Transit). Is an apartement, hotel and plaza that has alot of stuff if we want to shop or need massage or eat, most of stuff we need they have them. Room service is ok, they don’t give us extra toilet tissue roll (only the one that on the hanger which is small size roll; We have to ask to refill it or have an extra. They don’t clean the toilet properly. The white towels doesn’t look white anymore, I don’t know why. They look like clean/smell nice, I hope they are really clean 🙏❣️ I like the breakfast food buffet style, alot of choices or variations

The garden and the pool area are very nice, the lobby is comfy. Easy walk to the shopping mall (downstairs).

Clean hotel with friendly staff. Amenities are well equipped
