Fantástico Good location, helpful staff, cleaned and spacious rooms. However, we found the several small worms/bugs on our backpack which been put on the floor of rooms when we left.

Very nice, clean spacious modern apartment with kitchen. Great space for families traveling together. Great location convenient to restaurants, sights, shopping. Easy and quick to hop on water taxi/shuttles to cross water to other islands. I only gave 3 stars for staff bc you don’t really see anyone, it’s all self service. But the day we arrived, our guide talked to a woman who worked there who did help us with some questions. Also key is electronic on an app on your phone so you need to keep your phone charged or you are out of luck!

Overall it was good, but the interior didn't match the pictures, and there weren't many kitchen utensils. Only one room got sunlight in the morning. Even then, it didn't get any sun for the rest of the day. But since we were out most of the time, it wasn't a huge problem. There was a heatwave and it was incredibly hot outside, but the AC worked so well that it was great coming back to the hotel. On the plus side, there are two bathrooms and the space is quite large.

We had a wonderful stay here with our family of four! The apartment was super cute, exactly as pictured, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It stayed nice and cool, which was especially appreciated after long days exploring Venice, and the beds were very comfortable.
The views were absolutely beautiful and made our mornings and evenings even more special. The staff was incredibly friendly, communicative.
We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Venice!

We were truly pleased with the apartment, the amenities, and the staff. They contacted me by email to provide additional information before our stay and were always available to assist with all my questions. They were especially amazing in helping us arrange the taxi boat booking on our last day! I would definitely recommend this place and would happily return.
