Our family recently stayed at Best Western Plus, and we had an outstanding experience from the moment we arrived until the day we checked out. We have stayed at many hotels over the years, but this visit truly stood out because of the excellent customer service, the cleanliness of the property, and the welcoming atmosphere that made us feel at home.
The front desk staff gave us a warm and friendly welcome. They were professional, courteous, and genuinely cared about making sure our family had everything we needed. Every interaction with the staff was pleasant, and they always greeted us with a smile.
The hotel itself is in excellent condition. The building is well maintained, and the lobby and common areas are spotless, bright, and beautifully designed. Everything looked clean, organized, and inviting, creating a relaxing environment for families and travelers alike.
Our room exceeded our expectations. It was spacious, bright, beautifully arranged, and exceptionally clean. The beds were comfortable, and the room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The coffee machine was clean and convenient, the refrigerator was spotless, and the countertop provided plenty of space with all the essentials we needed. It was clear that great attention had been given to cleanliness and guest comfort.
We also appreciated the ice machine, which worked perfectly and was very convenient for our family's needs throughout our stay.
One of the highlights of our visit was the complimentary
