the food wAS GOOD AND THE ROOM VIEW

Excellent service

Stayed here for a weekend break and it’s a great location especially if you’re travelling from Tbilisi because all the transport stops almost right outside. The staff were helpful and it is walking distance from everything you want to see in Yerevan. Lovely food in the restaurant and clean but basic rooms which is fine.

Very nice and comfortable both place and staff.

Clean, new, well maintained hotel. Comfortable beds. Very helpful staff.

Clean, large room with a lot of storage. Friendly staff.

It was clean and the bedding was nice. The room was a good size. The lady who cleaned my room was excellent. She left me extra waters.

During my stay at Hilton Yerevan, I had a very disappointing experience. At the spa, the massage therapist asked me to remove my gold necklace. I placed it on the side table as instructed but unfortunately forgot to take it after the session. I reported the issue immediately and followed up multiple times. While the hotel initially responded that they were investigating, they completely stopped replying afterward. No update, no closure, no responsibility. This level of poor communication and lack of accountability is unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. I strongly advise guests to be extremely careful with their belongings, especially in shared areas like the spa. Do not rely on the hotel to properly follow up on such incidents. Very disappointing experience.

It was a really good place we enjoyed it. Workers are really good helpful I like it. Five stars.
